Personal Financial Planning Workshop

From January 4 through February 1, Rev. Eric with the assistance of John Watkins will lead a financial planning class for members and friends. The class will meet at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. each Thursday in the Garden Room.

The classes will be based on the 2016 book "The Christian Wallet: Spending, Giving, and Living with a Conscience" by Mike Slaughter.

The focus on each class will be:

January  4- Balancing the Budget amid the Siren Song of Consumer Culture

January 11- Conscious Spending...what is for me, what is to share, and who does my spending impact?

January 18- Responsible Investing & Taxes- how much do I save, and where do I invest?

January 25- Working and Living- what is the driver to my life?

February 1- The Joy of Simplicity 


Calling All Artists & Crafters

Every Thursday @ 6:00 PM, in Fellowship Hall kitchen, crafters meet for scrapbook and card making. If you would like to join and share your love for the arts and the crafts with others at FPC Mission, come; we have room for you at the table.


Music @ FPC

The FPC Chancel Choir meets every Wednesday at 7:30 pm! If you love to sing and would like to meet some great people, come out and join us! NO AUDITIONS, no pressure! We welcome new comers with open arms.

First Presbyterian Church is blessed with two bell choirs: Bells of Hope (for those younger/less experienced in bell playing) and Bells of Faith.  

Our Music Director invites you to come and join the music!


Presbyterian Women

The Deborah Circle meets the third Wednesday of every month at 10 a.m. in the Garden Room.  Come and join in the fun, study, and fellowship of the Presbyterian Women.  There is a place for you.
